Paso Robles, CA

KC Spring Street is a multi-tenant office building, is located in downtown Paso Robles. The two-story, 15,000 square foot structure was designed for maximum flexibility to accommodate various professional office uses. The client specified that the tenant spaces were to be as close to turnkey as possible, yet retain fully customizable lease areas. To meet that goal a finished lobby and common corridor with public bathrooms were constructed with the shell building. In addition a series of private bathrooms were constructed in the lease areas that tenants simply incorporated into their improvements. Further flexibility was achieved with a private service corridor and a dedicated mechanical and electrical basement.

The exterior of the building is clad with a 2-color brick veneer to break up the surface mass and accentuate the lines of the facade. The building accents and storefront windows and doors are copper colored aluminum. The result is a building that has strong historical qualities, and refined architectural features that will compliment the downtown area.
