Justin Winery
Paso Robles, CA
Justin Winery is an estate winery campus that includes five winery buildings, a bed and breakfast inn, and an estate residence. The project also includes 15,000 square feet of drilled, underground caves, which are used for barrel storage and public events.
The Isosceles Building is the centerpiece building for the Justin Winery complex. It was designed to handle the production and storage of its flagship wine, Isosceles. In addition to housing the administrative offices, it is utilized for public events and wine marketing, a state of the art barrel chai, as well as being the gateway to the caves.
Design work included the complete site master plan and new facility design for the winery buildings, caves, and residence.
