San Luis Obispo, CA

Acacia Creek Business Park, a 50,000 square foot, multi-tenant office building in San Luis Obispo, houses the offices of Pults & Associates. The building has a pre-manufactured steel structure and was designed to reflect the rural agricultural atmosphere of the existing area. Metal siding and canopies were incorporated, along with modern versions of forms obtained from local barns.

Processing for the project included approvals for re-locating an existing historic residence, improvements and protections for an existing creek, and annexation approval to bring the project into the City.
