San Luis Obispo, CA

Ricardo Court, is an eight building complex on seven separate parcels, with 33,500 square feet office and industrial space. The project was design for maximum flexibility to allow for a variety of tenants.

The small parcels and required creek open space, which runs the length of the project, dictated the multiple building design concept. The overall complex stretches a full city block and surrounds a cul-de-sac.

Materials were chosen for durability and ease of maintenance and included split face concrete block, metal siding and exterior plaster. Interior tenant improvements were designed as the buildings leased.
