Located in Templeton, California, OMKAR Medical Plaza is a 53,000 square foot outpatient medical facility. The Center includes a specialty physician’s offices, kidney dialysis (Renal Care), an Urgent Care Center, a Medical Imaging Center, and a Surgery Center. Providing resources that compliment the adjacent regional hospital is a primary function of the Center.

The building’s contemporary design aesthetic was chosen to reflect the state of the art medical services provided. Exterior materials, including the brick facing, were used to reflect the historic Templeton downtown core. A shell structure was created to provide leasing flexibility, which allowed tenant improvements to be designed and completed in conjunction with the shell construction.
