Ocean’s 17, a mixed-use project, is located in downtown Avila Beach, California. Pults & Associates was involved in all stages of the project: programming, schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration. It was critical that the project fit in with the character of the the newly re-constructed downtown and that it bridge between the commercial and residential areas of town.
